Getting your home ready for sale can feel like a second job. What needs fixing? Does it need painting? Would staging help? And who has time to organise everyone?

That’s where I come in.

My work starts well before the photos and first home open. I walk through your property with you, identify what deserves attention and help put a practical plan together around your budget.

Full staging, partial staging or a few finishing touches     

Every home needs a different approach.

For an empty property, full staging can help buyers understand the layout and picture themselves living there. If you’re still at home, partial staging can combine your furniture with selected pieces, artwork and accessories to bring everything together.

Sometimes, it’s simply a matter of rearranging furniture, removing a few items and adding finishing touches. I personally help with styling and presentation, and coordinate professional staging where needed.

Repairs organised, without the running around

If your home needs work before launch, I can help organise the trades and services required.

That might include painting, general repairs, gardening, pressure cleaning, window cleaning or attention to tired cabinetry and finishes. We discuss the scope and costs with you before work goes ahead, so you know what’s being organised.

You don’t have to find every contractor and juggle the preparation yourself.

Spend where it makes sense

I’ll be honest about what I believe is worth doing—and when a major renovation is unlikely to be the best use of your budget.

Sometimes a clean, repairs and thoughtful styling are enough. Other properties need more preparation. The aim is to present your home at its best, with a plan that suits the property and your circumstances.

Ready for the camera. Ready for buyers.

Once the preparation is complete, I help bring the presentation together for photography and inspections. Furniture placement, artwork, bedding and outdoor spaces all deserve attention.

It’s a hands-on part of how I work, because getting a home ready for sale involves much more than booking a photographer.
