Born in Macedonia, Biljana migrated to Perth in 2005, where she started her family and established a successful nursing career. Despite her 15 years as a perioperative nurse, her true passion had always been real estate. Many nights were spent studying market trends and exploring properties, igniting a fascination that eventually led her to follow her heart. In 2020, alongside her husband Peter, Biljana proudly became co-owner and director of Gest Real Estate, turning her lifelong interest into a thriving profession.

Fluent in Macedonian, English, Serbian, and Bulgarian, Biljana brings her love of languages and commitment to personal growth into every aspect of her career. Her vibrant personality and relentless drive make her a standout in the industry, where she is known for providing a fresh and dynamic approach to real estate.
